I take the buying process as seriously as my buyers do, therefore I offer nothing but the highest quality of service to my clients. Buying a property is one of the most important purchases you will make, so be sure to have the right agent who can deliver the experience and services you deserve.
Depending on a client’s needs, I offer several roles. I can represent the homebuyer, the Seller or work simultaneously for both parties. To receive the proper support to buy a new home, it’s recommended that you work with a Realtor® to protect the Buyer’s best interests. I am dedicated to providing you with service that is professional in helping you find the perfect property. I am a REALTOR governed under the South Carolina code of ethics.
If you decide NOT to use the services of a REALTOR here in Myrtle Beach, SC and negotiate directly with the seller or seller’s real estate agent, you may have made an expensive mistake. It costs nothing additional to have an agent represent you as a Buyer. (In the listing agreement, the Seller has agreed to pay the real estate commissions)
With out agent representation, you will not have the true market value information, community rules and regulations, tax information, etc. that an experienced and local agent has or one who successfully negotiates for your benefit at no charge to the buyer.
